The Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) programme has been thoughtfully designed to align with the standards and approval of the SN university’s academic authorities. SYLLABUS

CMA Foundation

CMA Foundation is the entrance level for the CMA course. Any student who has completed the 10th or 12th grade can appear for the CMA Foundation. 4 papers are included in this stage:

  • PAPER 1 – Fundamentals of Economics and Management
  • PAPER 2 – Fundamentals of Accounting
  • PAPER 3 – Fundamentals of Laws and Ethics
  • PAPER 4 – Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics

CMA Intermediate

  • Students who have completed a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) or any Bachelor’s Degree are directed to the Intermediate level.
  • CMA Intermediate consists of 2 groups of 4 papers each, and the exams are conducted twice a year.

Group I – 

  • PAPER 5: BUSINESS LAWS AND ETHICS (BLE)
  • PAPER 6: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING (FA)
  • PAPER 7: DIRECT AND INDIRECT TAXATION (DITX)
  • PAPER 8: COST ACCOUNTING (CA)

Group II –

  • PAPER 9: OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT (OMSM)
  • PAPER 10: CORPORATE ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING (CAA)
  • PAPER 11: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS DATA ANALYTICS (FMDA)
  • PAPER 12: MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING (MA)

After completion of the Intermediate level, students must undergo 15 months of practical training under a practicing cost Accountant or in a reputed organization.
